New Equipment Warranty Policy

Every Telesis Marking System carries a complete Parts and Service Warranty. During this time, replacement parts can be shipped free of charge, overnight in the continental United States. Plus, component exchange programs for reconditioned equipment can reduce downtime.

Extended Service warranties are available for all Telesis Marking Equipment. Customers ordering NEW equipment have the option of purchasing additional Warranty coverage within 45 days of the ship date. Contact your Telesis representative or our Customer Service Department for details.

All BenchMark® Benchtop Marking Systems, IdentiPlate® Data Plate Printers and ProScript® Laser Marking Systems are covered by a One Year Warranty.

All standard system components are covered except consumable items such as:

Solenoid Valves

Impact Pins

Additional Warranty Coverage
Repaired equipment - 30 days from the ship date.
Reconditioned equipment - 1 year from the ship date.

Component Exchange Programs
   
Should your Telesis System need out of warranty factory repair, we offer an Exchange Program on many marking heads and controllers. This innovative program helps avoid downtime. Call us for a complete, up-to-date price listing of Exchange Marking Heads and Controller Options.

 

Condition:
Only identical component models will be accepted/exchanged for reconditioned units. If a component is not listed above, it is not included in the Exchange Program.

Repairs

Repairs on all systems are available.  Contact the Customer Service Department for more detailed information.
